Honor Your Strength: Prompt for Mental Health

ree

Sometimes strength looks like letting go. Sometimes, it looks like holding on. It might be the way you practiced compassion in a moment of frustration. It could be choosing rest instead of overworking, or setting a healthy boundary that took courage.

We invite you to spend a few moments either journaling or simply reflecting on the following prompt:

What is a strength you've shown recently, no matter how small, that deserves to be acknowledged?

If nothing comes to mind right away, look gently at your recent days. Have you gotten through a difficult moment? Made a tough decision? Stayed true to yourself in a small but meaningful way?

Not all strength is loud. Some of it is steady, internal, and private. That doesn't make it any less powerful. In fact, it may be the strongest kind of all. Noticing your own resilience, even when it's quiet, can deepen self-awareness and remind you of how capable you truly are.
