Crescent Moon & TabiMOMS Partnership Supports Single Parents & Guardians With Special Needs Children

In partnership with TabiMOMS, Crescent Moon will offer equine-assisted learning and expressive arts workshops to single parents and guardians to support and empower them as they address the challenges of raising children with mental and behavioral health needs.

TabiMOMS is committed to creating a world where mental and behavioral health services are readily available and accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or socioeconomic status. They believe meaningful change hinges on innovative approaches that boost engagement through integrated primary care practices that center equity and quality at the core.  

Victoria (Vickie) Tugwell, program manager and facilitator with Crescent Moon Center, recently joined TabiMOM’s Board of Directors. Vickie deeply understands the challenges of navigating school support systems with two children requiring educational assistance. She brings holistic wellness resources and community support systems to TabiMoms which is located in Solano County and serving the SF Bay Area.
