Crescent Moon Center is Coming to the North, South, & East Bay

ree

Our program is for adults (18+) who are facing life challenges and are seeking holistic healing through equine-assisted learning and expressive arts. Many participants do not have the resources to access private wellness and holistic healing services yet still need support on their journey. As a nonprofit, we are dedicated to improving access to wellness resources and programs for diverse, underserved and under-resourced communities. Through scholarships, we enable participation for those who need financial support.

We are building our network with the intention to scale our program regionally and nationally. Crescent Moon Center is now working in partnership with organizations around the San Francisco Bay Area. Our equine-assisted learning workshops are facilitated by Julie Bridge, Founder of Mearas and Tabula Rasa Ranch in Sebastopol where we are offering weekend retreats. We are in the process of developing a program for young adults in San Jose at the Downtown Youth Wellness Center and a workplace wellness program with Diamond Equine Services at Oakland City Stables.

We work in partnership with 501C3 nonprofits, Access Adventure, which provides therapeutic horses for our EAL workshops, and The Solano Land Trust, which hosts our program at Rush Ranch (an in-kind donation) to primarily serve the residents of Solano County, one of the most underserved and under-resourced counties in CA. Participants also come from the San Francisco Bay Area and around the country.
