About the event

In partnership with horses, you can learn about mindfulness, authenticity, and compassion. Science has shown that when humans offer their hearts to horses, their heartbeats synchronize. You develop a close and intimate connection with the horse based on trust and respect. Horses are teachers of life skills and they lift us up no matter the challenges we face. No prior experience with horses is required.
